Ground-up hypercar development program for a private client, taking
the vehicle from initial sketch through clay model, CAD development,
packaging, and complete vehicle concept development.
The
project was designed around a hybrid performance architecture combining
a 7.0-liter V8 producing approximately 750 horsepower with an electric
drive system targeting an additional 750 horsepower, including a
rear-axle YASA motor and dual YASA 750 motors on the front axle.
MLS
Engineering supported the development of the vehicle architecture,
exterior concept, chassis packaging, powertrain layout, suspension
packaging, body structure strategy, component integration, and prototype
feasibility. This project demonstrates full vehicle
development capability… from blank-sheet concept and visual design
intent to the engineering work required to package, build, and develop a
high-performance one-off vehicle platform.
